About the Degree After finishing all of the courses, Master’s Degree in Medicine will be awarded to the qualified students who have completed the subject research assignments and passed the thesis defense. Grant LNUTCM provides grants to certain international master students who are studying in Prerequisites l Bachelor’s degree or equivalent l To pass the entrance exam organized by LNUTCM l Two recommendation letters offered by associate professor or above l Good health Application Steps A. Log in “http://iec.lnutcm.edu.cn” to order or download the “Application Form for Overseas Students”. B. Post or send the completed Application Form, the following documents (see F) for application, enrollment fee of RMB 410 and registration fee of RMB 410 to International Admission Office of IEC at LNUTCM. C. Attend the entrance exam. The exam is organized by LNUTCM and composed by four subjects: Specialized Course, Basic Theories of TCM, Combination of TCM (Basic Theories of TCM, Clinical Medicine of TCM, and Internal Medicine of TCM) and Chinese Language. D. International Admission Office will send the Admission Letter and the Visa Application for Study in China (JW202) to the qualified students. E. Apply for X Visa (student visa) at the local Chinese Embassy with the Admission Letter and the Visa Application for Study in China (JW202). Register at IEC at LNUTCM before new academic year starts. F. Application documents to be provided: 1. Copy of passport 2. Copy of graduation certificate 3. Copy of bachelor’s degree 4. Copy of academic records 5. Two recommendation letters 6. Ten Passport Photos of 2-inches size
